MORRISVILLE, N.C. -
Amkor Technologies in Morrisville is shutting down today, leaving 80 people without jobs, according to the NC WARN Web site.
The semiconductor maker, 140 Southcenter Court, cut 150 local jobs last year.
According to earlier reports released by Amkor, the company is moving production to Asia.
