DURHAM, N.C. -
U.S. Marshals apprehended Benito Ocampo Velez, who they say is facing numerous counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Velez, 36, is charged with 11 counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 11 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Charges against Velez were filed after investigators found pictures and videos containing child pornography on a computer.
Durham Police say Velez was taken into custody in Wake Forest.

Concerned Mother, well this guy looked like a normal parent,he seemed to work hard and support his family. But boy oh boy looks can be so decieveing .I knew this man only because he once was a head matenience man at my community. we passed each other dialey routine. I myself have a beautiful daughter whon is so young and full of life . i just wonder how can a parent do this kind of thing , and look himself in the mirror and not see a demon. I feel bad for his young children and his loveing wife. I do hope that he get the punishment he rightfully deserves.May GOD help his family move on to a normal life without this man.

This story was a little to close to home I have four childern from ages 6- 12 and the creepy part of the whole situation is that this man lived in the same apartment bulding as my children and I for over 3 years yet i never ever coud remember feeling like he had the potential to hurt a child. Seeing someone everyday for years and nver having a clue now thats creepy
