  Yeah what was he selling. Check this out about the war on drugs. You have a government that causes everyone to lose there job, then turns around and criminalizes a 80 year old man for trying to make his living. These are the people that got picked on growing up because they didn't fit in, so when they get older they get a job of authority to get back at their youth. But to arrest someone in their golden years should be a crime in it's self. Durham police officers or should i say narks should be ashamed of themselves. Brian Hubbard

  $300,000 bail? How much damage could a 79 year old man cause? And being charged for a non-violent crime on top of that. The war on drugs is a farce and America is ***** up.

  What was he selling - Viagra ? With unemployment rising while more jobs are outsourced and foreign workers being imported to replace American workers, we will continue to see rising crime. Can't fault the guy though. He's probably trying to make up for the freeze in SS payments.
