A Durham judge sides with Durham neighborhood improvement company looking to tear down some apartments.
The judge decided Monday to lift the temporary restraining order that kept the city from bulldozing the apartments on Boone Court.
Earlier this month, city demolition crews were prepared to tear down the apartments after they were deemed unsafe.
The owners of Haskell Properties want to save the buildings, claiming they are trying to renovate the property.
City officials will now determine when the demolition will move forward.
