DURHAM, N.C. -
Durham police are searching for a man who was recently indicted on a charge of felony child abuse inflicting serious injury.
Robert Samuel Fray, 29, of Fayetteville Street is accused of hitting a juvenile female and holding her down while another person struck the child repeatedly with a belt. The child was taken to Duke University Hospital for treatment.
Anyone with information on Fray's whereabouts is asked to call Investigator Tuck at 560-4440, ext. 278 or CrimeStoppers at 683-1200.
