Triangle Business Journal has recognized 45 businesses as the Best Places to Work in the Triangle for 2008.
“These companies invest in their employees, garner trust among co-workers, manage effectively and create a highly valued culture. That is truly inspiring to other Triangle businesses,” says Triangle Business Journal publisher Char Grunwaldt.
Winners were chosen based on an employee survey process conducted by Quantum Market Research. Once nominated, a company needed to meet a threshold in employee participation – a percentage that varies based upon the size of the company – to be eligible to be honored.
Based on the survey results, Triangle Business Journal is honoring the top 15 ranked businesses in each of three size categories, small, mid-size, and large.
