RALEIGH, N.C. -
Crews have finished clearing up a multi-car accident that caused major delays on I-540 westbound near the Buffaloe Road exit on Friday.
It happened around 3 p.m.
The crash involved an 18-wheeler but there's no word on how many other vehicles were involved or if there are any injuries.
The Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.
All lanes are now open.
