A UNC fraternity whose president was killed by police will be sanctioned by the university.
Archdale police shot and killed 21-year-old Courtland Smith in August after he called 911 and said he was drunk and armed.
The shooting happened a few hours after smith left a fraternity party. The SBI is investigating.
As for the fraternity, Delta Kappa Epsilon is now facing two semesters of probation.
It comes after two violations in the same night last week.
