DURHAM, N.C. -
Durham police have arrested Lathan Darnell Smith who has been charged with robbing a male last month near Cornwallis Road and South Roxboro Street.
Smith was riding with an acquaintance around 10:32 p.m. on September 10 when he allegedly pulled out a razor and robbed the man of cash.
Smith, 35, of Charles Street is charged with one count of robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Police said Smith was arrested Thursday as the result of a CrimeStoppers tip.
