A man charged in the Ramsey Street shooting death of another man was brought back to North Carolina Wednesday, according to Fayetteville Police.

Antwan Kamar Lock was apprehended by the North Charleston, SC Police Department Jan. 13.

Lock was extradited back to Fayetteville Wednesday with the assistance of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Squad. The warrants for arrest were served on Lock by Homicide Detectives and Lock was placed in the Cumberland County Detention Center under no bond.

Police said Lock was arrested in connection with the Jan. 6 death of DeJuan Pierre McLean, of Fiske Drive. McLean was found shot to death in the driver's seat of a Hyundai Elantra at about 2 a.m. in the parking lot of a strip mall at Ramsey Street and Meadowcroft Drive. 

A second male, whose name is being withheld at this time, was discovered in the passenger's seat of the vehicle. He was transferred to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, for treatment of gunshot wounds.
