CARY, N.C. -
The chicken debate is making a return in Cary tonight.
In July of 2008, the Cary Town Council struck down the idea of using town resources to study a chicken ordinance.
Now, several Cary residents want to form a town sanctioned advisory group to study the chicken ordinance.
Town leaders will take up the request tonight. If approved, the group would have 90 days to study the issue before reporting to the council.
