Thousands of people crammed into Cary's downtown for the 33rd Annual Lazy Daze Arts and Crafts festival.
Nearly 400 artists and vendors from 17 different states sold their works of art.
First-time festival goers said they've never seen anything quite like it.
Since beginning in 1977, the Lazy Daze festival has re-invested more than $400,000 in the local community through grants.
