Silver Alert Cancelled For Raleigh Man

RALEIGH, N.C. -

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has cancelled a Silver Alert for Harold Ivy Williams.

The alert was issued Friday morning after Williams disappeared Thursday night. Williams was found safe and unharmed Friday afternoon.
