RALEIGH, N.C. -
Police have identified a man shot to death early Wednesday morning.
According to police, someone shot Constantino Martinez-Hernandez at 1830 New Bern shortly after midnight.
He was transported to WakeMed, where he died.
The case is being investigated by the RPD's Major Crimes Task Force. Anyone with more information about this shooting is asked to call the Raleigh Police Department's Detective Division at (919) 890-3555 or CrimeStoppers at (919) 226-CRIME.
