CARY, N.C. -

Police have arrested three suspects they say are linked to 13 vandalisms near Kildaire Farm Road and Cary Parkway.

Arrested were 20-year-old Cody Campbell, 21-year-old Justin Fenske, and 20-year-old Daniel Harvey. All three were charged with Vandalism and Discharging a firearm within city limits. Campbell was also charged with resisting a public officer.

Cary police say the most recent report occurred on Sept. 14 in which the suspects shot at an unoccupied vehicle. Police were called to 119 Climbing Ivy Court after witnesses saw the suspects shooting at an unoccupied vehicle.

Using the description that witnesses provided, Police were able to locate a gray SUV with the three suspects inside at the McDonald's at Kildaire Farm Road and High Meadow Drive. A pellet rifle and a spot light were recovered from the suspects' vehicle at the time of arrest.

Police believe the suspects' arrest may help clear cases that have affected as many as 20 victims. In each of the incidences, the suspects used a pellet rifle to break car windows and damage car doors.
